  • Secretary
    • Job scope:
      • Responsible to plan, organise, attend and take minutes of meetings and appointments and preparation of operation reports.
      • Arrange and coordinate travel schedule, flight bookings and event arrangements.
    • Requirements:
      • Ability to work independently and multi tasking capabilities.
      • Good administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills.
      • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
      • At least 1 to 2 years relevant working experience.
      • Able to communicate at all levels of management.
      • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and in writing.
      • Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
      • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

 

 

  • Project Executive
    • Job scope:
      • Responsible for the generation of sales leads and follow-ups
      • Marketing and selling of exhibition space

      Requirements:

      • Possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
      • Minimum one year related experience in sales and marketing
      • Willing to travel and possess own transportation
      • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and in writing.
      • Able to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
